  • What is included in my ticket?

    Depending on the event, your ticket will have different inclusions. At minimum, your pass includes entry to the event and to the speakers throughout.

  • How do I secure my spot at the event?

    You can secure your spot by booking a ticket via our website. Upon reserving your spot we will be in touch with your invoice via email. You will have 48 hours from date of invoice for payment. Your spot is only secure once you have paid.

  • Will I get to meet the speakers?

    Yes! Our key motivator is accessibility, this includes giving our guests access to the speakers. They will be at the event from start to finish.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Unfortunately all ticket sales are final. Due to the logistics of organising such an event, we are not able to issue refunds.

  • How do I pay for my ticket?

    We currently offer direct deposit or MPaisa for ticket purchases.
